Please make sure to check the item when you receive it on spot, if you dont want the item you can give it to the courier and pay delivery fees only while he is still there on your doorstep as this is the only option for refunding the item as after he leaves we wont accept any refunds.
One exchange is allowed per purchase. Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receipt.
During sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded.

يُسمح بعملية استبدال واحدة لكل عملية شراء طلب الاستبدال يقدم خلال ٣ ايام من تاريخ الاستلام.
